After having a bad experience with my first Realtor I found Tam. He is the opposite of most Realtors he answers his phone and replies quickly to emails. When we first sat down he help me to prioritize my deal breakers, must haves, and kind of wants. Tam was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Tam and Kim assisted us with the sale of our home, I felt very comfortable and confident that every (T) was crossed and (I) was dotted. They were both there to answer every question I had, and I'm a pretty inquisitive person ! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and their dedication to us through a non typical transaction! Having had many Real Estate transactions over the years, their care and response is definitely not a typical experience. So my opinion is ... do yourself a favor, use a team that cares and is there for you at every turn, Real Estate transactions are stressful enough, having this team was our blessing !

Tam was our agent, and I couldn't be more pleased and lucky we were introduced to him through a friend. My family originally stayed at an Airbnb that Tam hosts on our first visit to AZ. Upon learning that Tam was a realtor we decided to use him to purchase our new build home. We can't be happier with his level of expertise and his knowledge of the greater Phoenix area. He was able to help us navigate through the new build process (our first new build) and make sure that we weren't being caught off guard with anything. When push came to shove to deal with the builder, Tam was there to step up and take care of everything by placing calls and getting everyone in gear. We enjoyed working with Tam so much that he's now helped my mom purchase a home in Mesa, my sister in law find a property in Scottsdale, and he will be helping my in-laws when they move to AZ in 2018. Tam and Associates is as good as it gets when it comes time to plunk down your hard earned cash on the home of your dreams.
